We are looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Cake Bakery Store & Café. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, driving sales, and maintaining smooth store operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure efficient functioning of the outlet
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the store team
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns effectively
- Monitor sales performance and work towards achieving store targets
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and product availability
- Maintain store hygiene, cleanliness, and operational standards
- Coordinate with management regarding store performance and operational requirements




- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a bakery, café, food retail, or QSR workplace
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Konkani preferred
- Ability to handle store operations, staff management, customer service, and sales activities
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
