- Inspecting raw materials to ensure consistency and integrity
- Filling out and maintaining proper paperwork
- Complying with any and all standards, internal policies and legal regulations that apply to the finished product
- Comparing finished products to BIS Standards
- Conduct quality inspections to identify any defects or deviations from quality standards
- Implement quality control procedures and ensure compliance with established standards
- Perform audits to evaluate the effectiveness of quality control measures
- Collaborate with the production team to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions
- Develop and maintain quality documentation, including inspection reports and quality control records
- Monitor product and process performance to identify areas for improvement
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to quality
- Train and educate employees on quality control procedures and standards
- Should be good in testing instrument applications Reports preparation BIS & ISO documentation
