Job Summary
We are hiring Customer Service Executives to provide exceptional customer support. If you have strong communication skills in Tamil or Malayalam along with basic English, this is an excellent opportunity to build your career in the BPO industry.
Eligibility
- Undergraduate and Graduate candidates are eligible
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
- Basic English communication skills are mandatory
- Fluency in Tamil or Malayalam is required
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries professionally through voice support
- Provide accurate information and effective resolutions
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Record customer interactions accurately in the system
- Follow company processes and quality standards
- Escalate complex issues when required
Salary & Advantages
- CTC: Up to ₹25,000 per month
- Travel Allowance (TA): ₹3,500 per month
- Candidates opting for the company cab will receive ₹1,750 TA
- Company cab facility is available only for night shifts
Shift Details
- 9-hour shift.
- Night shift cab facility available as per company policy.
