Visa Executive

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Visa Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist clients with visa application processes, ensure documentation is complete, and provide excellent customer service. Freshers with a strong willingness to learn and build a career in the visa and immigration industry are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist clients with visa application procedures for various countries.
- Verify and organize visa documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and submit visa applications as per embassy and immigration guidelines.
- Coordinate with embassies, consulates, VFS centres, and other immigration authorities.
- Track visa applications and provide regular updates to clients.
- Guide clients on visa requirements, supporting documents, and application procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of client files and application status.
- Respond to client inquiries through phone, email, and in person.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and immigration regulations.
- Deliver professional and timely customer service.





Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Freshers are welcome to apply. Prior experience in visa processing, travel, or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Willingness to learn visa procedures, documentation, and immigration regulations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and eagerness to grow.
