Executive Assistant to Managing Director (EA to MD)

- Manage the MD's calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle emails, correspondence, and confidential documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, presentations, MOMs, and MIS.
- Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely execution.
- Organize meetings, appointments, and business events.
- Maintain records, files, and key documentation.
- Assist the MD in day-to-day administrative and business activities.
- Draft qualified letters, emails, and business communications.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the Managing Director.

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PG preferred).
- 3–7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email communication.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
