Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, customer-focused, and organized Customer Relations Executive (CRE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, maintaining positive customer relationships, scheduling appointments, following up with customers, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and messages professionally.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
- Schedule and confirm customer appointments.
- Follow up with customers regarding services, feedback, and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely service delivery.
- Provide product or service information to customers.
- Prepare daily and weekly customer interaction reports.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.




- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, customer relations, or a similar role (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM software).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Positive attitude and customer-first approach.

Preferred Skills

- Experience using CRM software.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment.
- Professional telephone etiquette.
- Team player with strong communication skills.
