We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursing Superintendent for our Mother & Child Care Hospital to oversee nursing operations, ensure quality patient care, and maintain clinical and NABH standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage nursing staff and daily nursing operations
- Ensure quality patient care and infection control practices
- Monitor compliance with NABH and hospital protocols
- Manage duty rosters, training, and staff coordination
- Handle nursing documentation, audits, and reporting
- Coordinate with doctors and hospital departments for smooth operations

Job Requirements:

- Qualification: B.Sc Nursing / M.Sc Nursing
- Experience: 5+ years in hospital nursing management
- Robust leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Experience in Mother & Child Care setup preferred
