POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Site Engineer to oversee construction activities, manage site operations, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent coordination skills, and hands-on experience in Industrial construction project execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Supervise and manage daily construction site activities.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Manage labor, materials, and equipment to ensure efficient project execution.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical and operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Verify measurements, quantities, and work completion for billing and documentation.
- Monitor material usage and minimize wastage.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Maintain site records, reports, and project documentation.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS





- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 10 years of experience as a Site Engineer in industrial construction & infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site management practices.

SALARY & BENEFITS

Salary: Rs. 50,000- 60,000 per month (negotiable) with Perks of EPF, ESIC as per applicable laws.
