- Minimum 2 years of managerial experience in the Eyewear Retail Industry (Mandatory)
- Experience in handling optical stores, eyewear sales, and customer service operations.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Store Manager to lead and manage the overall operations of the Titan Eye+ store. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing store performance, leading the team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving business targets while maintaining Titan Eye+ operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:Store Operations

- Manage day-to-day store operations efficiently.
- Ensure smooth functioning of store activities and customer service.
- Maintain store hygiene, visual merchandising, and operational standards.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and policies.

Sales & Business Development

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Drive conversion, average bill value, and productivity metrics.
- Identify opportunities to increase store revenue and profitability.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

Team Leadership

- Lead the store as the front-head leader.
- Motivate, coach, and develop the store team.
- Conduct regular team briefings and performance reviews.
- Maintain discipline and a positive work environment.

BTL Activities

- Plan and execute BTL (Below-The-Line) marketing activities.
- Coordinate local marketing campaigns, society activations, corporate tie-ups, and customer engagement programs.
- Generate leads and enhance store footfall through promotional activities.





KPI Management

- Monitor and improve retail KPIs, including:
- Sales Achievement
- Conversion Ratio
- Footfall Conversion
- Average Transaction Value (ATV)
- Units Per Bill (UPB)
- Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT)
- Productivity Per Employee
- Repeat Customer Ratio

Reporting & Administration

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Maintain sales records, inventory reports, and team performance trackers.
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting to management.

Inventory & Stock Management

- Monitor stock levels and ensure product availability.
- Manage stock audits and inventory accuracy.
- Minimize stock loss and discrepancies.

Required Skills:

- Solid leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
- Good knowledge of eyewear products and optical retail operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of retail KPIs and business performance metrics.
- Ability to handle customer escalations professionally.

Working Hours:

- Official Timing: 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM
- Working hours may extend up to 9:00 PM depending on customer walk-ins, store requirements, stock activities, and business needs.

- Experience in leading retail teams and achieving targets.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver business results.
- Must have experience exclusively in the Eyewear Retail Industry.

salary range : 25000 - 30000 per month

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
