About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented candidate to join our finance team. This apprenticeship offers hands-on experience in accounting operations, financial record-keeping, and reporting while working alongside experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with maintaining financial records and accounting documentation.
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Prepare and organize invoices, vouchers, and expense reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger entries.
- Help maintain accurate accounting data in ERP or accounting software.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and MIS reports.
- Verify bills, receipts, and supporting documents for accuracy.
- Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation (where applicable).
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors regarding financial records.
- Perform administrative and other accounting-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.




- Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Familiarity with MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of accounting software such as Tally or SAP is an advantage.
- Solid analytical and numerical skills.
- Good communication and organizational abilities.
- High attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills

- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and financial reporting.
- Ability to work with deadlines.
- Problem-solving mindset and positive attitude.
- Team player with a strong work ethic.

Stipend
