We're Hiring: HR Executive / Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Thane, Maharashtra (Work From Office – Mandatory)
Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days a Week)
Shift: Evening Shift (Aligned with US Business Hours)

HiPaaS Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Executive / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team!

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition for IT and Non-IT positions
- Source, screen, and schedule candidates for interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
- Manage interview scheduling and candidate communication
- Conduct onboarding and employee orientation
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management
- Assist with employee engagement and HR operations
- Handle background verification and compliance activities
- Support day-to-day HR administrative functions

Requirements:





- 1–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience hiring for IT roles is preferred
- Ability to work during US shift timings
- Must be willing to work from our Thane office (Monday to Friday)
