About Us

Powerzone Oil Refinery Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer and supplier of high-quality lubricants, greases, petroleum products, and specialty oils. We are looking for an experienced Government Tender Manager to expand our institutional and government business across India.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and monitor government tenders through GeM, CPPP, and state procurement portals. • Prepare, review, and submit technical and commercial bids.
- Manage the complete tender lifecycle from bid identification to order execution.
- Coordinate with production, quality, finance, and logistics.
- Handle vendor registrations and compliance.
- Build relationships with government departments and PSUs.
- Ensure timely bid submission and maintain tender records.

Requirements





- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).

- Minimum 5 years of Government Tender Management experience.

- Experience in petroleum, lubricants, petrochemicals, industrial oils, chemicals, or related industries.

- Hands-on GeM/e-procurement/PSU tender experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Preferred Candidates

Professionals with experience handling government/PSU tenders in petroleum, lubricant, or industrial products.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
