Automation Tester – FlexiEle HRMS

About Us:

FlexiEle offers a cloud-based Hire-to-Exit HRM system that helps organizations across industries streamline and automate their HR processes.

We are looking for a young and energetic Automation Tester who will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of our HRMS platform through automated testing.

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for HRMS applications
- Understand product requirements and create effective test scenarios and test cases
- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing
- Collaborate with developers and functional teams to ensure quality deliverables
- Identify, report, and track bugs and issues
- Execute test cases and analyze results to ensure system functionality
- Work on test automation frameworks and improve test coverage
- Participate in requirement analysis, test planning, and test strategy discussions
- Ensure product quality, performance, and reliability

Key Skills Required:





- Strong understanding of software testing concepts and SDLC/STLC
- Knowledge of automation testing tools (Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
- Basic programming knowledge (Java, JavaScript, or Python)
- Experience with API testing tools (Postman or similar)
- Understanding of databases (SQL basics)
- Familiarity with version control tools (Git)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Positive communication skills and teamwork

Qualifications:

- BE/B.Tech in Computer Science / IT (preferred)
- BCA/MCA or any graduate with relevant testing skills

Experience:

- Freshers with strong knowledge of automation testing can apply
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in software testing preferred

Other Details:

- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Off: 2nd, 4th & 5th Saturdays and all Sundays
