Qualification:

Diploma/ B. Tech Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)

Experience:

5- 15Years of relevant experience in MEP Projects

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage the design of MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting, HVAC).

· Prepare, review, and finalize design drawings, BOQs and technical specifications.

· Coordinate with architects, and project teams for integrated design solutions.

· Ensure compliance with local codes, standards, and safety regulations.

· Provide technical guidance to junior engineer and CAD teams.

· Review vendor submittals and ensure design compatibility.

· Conduct value engineering and optimize designs for cost- effectiveness and efficiency.

· Support project execution team with design clarifications and technical approvals.

· Prepare progress reports, design documentation,



and presentations for clients/ consultants.

· Ensure timely delivery of design packages as per project schedules.

Key Skills Required:

1. Strong expertise in MEP design (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting).

2. Proficiency in Auto CAD, Revit MEP, and other design software.

3. Knowledge of IS codes. NBC, ASHARE, NFPA, and other relevant standards.

4. Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.

5. Ability to manage multiple projects and lead design teams

Languages- English, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
