Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Export Executive to manage international sales operations, documentation, and coordination with global clients. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in export procedures, logistics, and international trade compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL, LC, etc.)
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, and logistics partners
- Manage order processing and shipment tracking
- Communicate with international clients for order updates and queries
- Ensure compliance with export regulations and documentation requirements
- Maintain records of all export transactions and reports
- Assist in identifying new international markets and clients
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, accounts, production)

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, International Business, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in export/import operations
- Solid knowledge of export documentation and procedures
- Familiarity with international shipping terms (Incoterms)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems

Preferred Skills

- Experience in handling overseas clients
- Knowledge of customs regulations and logistics processes
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
