Position: Sales Officer – Loan Against Property (LAP) & Housing Loan

Job Responsibilities

- Generate leads for Housing Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) products through field activities, references, connectors, and direct customer visits.
- Meet customers directly and explain loan products, eligibility, and documentation process.
- Convert leads into successful sales by maintaining regular follow-ups with customers.
- Build strong relationships with customers, real estate agents, builders, DSAs, and connectors.
- Conduct market visits and identify new business opportunities in assigned areas.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
- Coordinate with internal processing and credit teams for smooth loan disbursement.
- Maintain daily field visit reports and customer database.

Eligibility Criteria





- Minimum 1 year experience in Housing Loan, Mortgage Loan, LAP, Banking Sales, or Financial Sales.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Willing to travel and work completely in the field.
- Basic knowledge of banking and loan documentation preferred.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
