We’re Hiring | Senior Account Executive – Accounts & Compliance

Location: Noida (Work from Office)

VGC Advisors Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Senior Account Executive to take ownership of accounting operations, statutory compliance, review and supervision of junior team members, and client coordination. This is a hands-on role with clear responsibility for quality, timelines, and team output.

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-end accounting, journal entries, and month-end closures
- GST, TDS & statutory compliance with reconciliations (GSTR 2A/2B)
- Invoicing, collections tracking, and reconciliations
- Review, guide, and monitor work of junior accounts executives
- MIS review, variance analysis, and reporting support




- Client and internal stakeholder coordination

Requirements:

- 3–5 years of experience in accounting, compliance, and MIS
- Prior exposure to reviewing or supervising junior team members
- B.Com / BBA (M.Com / MBA / CA Inter preferred)
- Robust working knowledge of Tally/Zoho and Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP)
- CA firm or multi-client experience preferred

CTC: ₹3.6 – ₹7.2 LPA
Working: 6 days/week

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
