Role Overview

We are seeking experienced and motivated Project Managers to lead and execute rooftop and open access (ground-mounted) solar projects. The role involves managing projects from design coordination through execution to commissioning, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution & Management

- Manage end-to-end solar EPC projects including rooftop and MW-scale ground-mounted installations
- Plan, schedule, and monitor project execution
- Ensure timely delivery within budget and defined quality standards
- Identify and resolve site-level execution challenges

Technical Coordination

- Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, and site execution teams
- Oversee AC and DC system implementation, including HT connections and power evacuation systems
- Supervise installation of modules, inverters, transformers, switchyard, and cabling systems

Stakeholder Management

- Liaise with clients (Commercial & Industrial), consultants, vendors, and contractors
- Ensure effective communication and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle

Regulatory & Liaisoning

- Manage DISCOM approvals, grid connectivity,



and open access/net metering processes
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and documentation requirements

Quality & Safety

- Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols at all project sites
- Conduct regular inspections and audits

Commercial & Reporting

- Monitor project costs, billing, and overall profitability
- Prepare MIS reports and provide regular project updates to management

Candidate Profile

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy Engineering

Experience

- 2–10+ years of experience in solar EPC or relevant electrical project execution
- Experience in rooftop and/or ground-mounted solar projects is preferred

Mandatory Skills

- Strong understanding of AC and DC solar systems
- Experience with HT voltage levels (33kV / 66kV / 132kV)
- Knowledge of Open Access projects and regulatory frameworks
- Experience in DISCOM approvals and liaisoning
- Exposure to Commercial & Industrial (C&I;) projects
- Ability to manage multiple sites and cross-functional teams

Preferred Skills

- Experience in Captive, Group Captive, and Third-Party solar models
- Understanding of Open Access commercial components such as wheeling, banking, and CSS
- Exposure to Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)
- Familiarity with MNRE policies and state-level regulations

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
