Job Description

Ensure the smooth operation of all building functions.
Monitor performance, identify areas for improvement, and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
Leading site installation for High Tension (HT) & Low Tension (LT) panels, MCC/PCC, transformers, and DG sets.
Ensure compliance with all safety standards, electrical regulations, and statutory requirements for 33kV
Preparation of Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), Load Calculations, Cable Sizing, and Load Flow Analysis.
Help set up test benches and ensure proper calibration of instruments.
Managing labor, preparing Daily Progress Reports (DPR), and drawing reviews
Prepare BOQs, estimates and maintenance of MEP services
Lead troubleshooting of utility equipment malfunctions.
Supervision for ground-mounted or rooftop solar system
Supervise and maintain all MEP services, including Electrical systems, UPS, DG sets, Air Conditioning, FAS/PAS, CCTV, Pump Houses, Lifts, Air compressor, HVAC system, PLC system, SCADA, RO, Softener, and STP.

Job Requirements

Technical expertise in MEP systems and electrical compliance.
Strong analytical, organizational, and reporting skills




Knowledge of technical skill such as Predictive & Preventive Maintenance, Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting, Diagnostic Tools & Technology, PLC & Automation Systems, Control Circuits & Drives, Drawing Interpretation.
Software Proficiency such as CMMS/ERP, PLC and SCADA
Compliance knowledge of IS/IEC Standards and Indian Electricity Rules.
Flexibility with their work hours.
