Job Summary:

Aadesh Enterprises is looking for a energetic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to manage sales and business development activities across watch retail outlets, including Titan stores and other watch retailers in the Malwa-Nimar region. The candidate will be responsible for building strong retailer relationships, increasing product visibility, generating sales, and achieving assigned targets.

Key Responsibilities:

· Visit Titan stores, watch retailers, and other assigned retail outlets regularly.

· Generate sales and achieve monthly business targets.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners.

· Ensure proper product placement, display, and visibility at stores.

· Identify new business opportunities and onboard new retailers.

· Collect market intelligence on competitor products, pricing, and promotions.

· Coordinate with retailers regarding orders, stock availability, and product requirements.

· Follow up on payments and ensure smooth business operations.





· Prepare daily visit reports and sales updates.

Required Skills:

· Minimum 1–2 years of experience in retail sales.

· Experience in watches, jewellery, fashion accessories, or luxury retail will be preferred.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

· Professional grooming and a neat appearance.

· Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.

· High attention to detail and patience while handling premium products.

· Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

· Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license; own vehicle preferred.

Salary & Benefits:

· Salary Up to ₹30,000 per month
