Position: Project Engineer (Civil)
Location: Koorachundu, Kozhikode, Kerala

Urban Grey Engineering Solutions is a multidisciplinary engineering consultancy delivering integrated solutions in Structural Engineering, Architecture, Geotechnical Engineering, Infrastructure Planning, Water Resources Engineering, and MEP Design. We work on government infrastructure projects, urban development projects, and large building projects across Kerala and other states.

Qualification

- B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in project execution, site supervision, or PMC projects.

Skills Required

- Good knowledge of site execution and project supervision.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity estimation, billing, and project documentation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project reporting.
- Solid communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities





- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and local authorities.
- Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and adherence to project schedules.
- Verify measurements, contractor bills, and maintain project documentation.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Resolve site-related technical issues in coordination with the design team.
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements and engineering standards.
