About the Role

We are seeking a passionate 1-2+ Years Python / AI-ML Developer with hands-on experience in Generative AI, LLMs, RAG-based applications, and AI-powered chatbot development. The ideal candidate should have strong Python development skills and experience building intelligent AI solutions using modern frameworks and tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML-powered applications and solutions.
- Build and integrate AI chatbots using ChatGPT and other Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for knowledge-based applications.
- Implement and optimize prompt engineering strategies for AI applications.
- Work with LangChain, LangGraph, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) to build AI workflows.
- Integrate AI models and third-party services through APIs.
- Develop and manage vector databases such as FAISS, ChromaDB, and Pinecone.
- Fine-tune and deploy open-source models using Hugging Face.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver scalable AI solutions.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain deployed AI systems.
