We're Hiring | Fitout Executive | Mumbai (Prabhadevi)

Location: Prabhadevi, Mumbai
Experience: 4 Years in real estate
Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Supervise residential fitout activities including civil, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry works
✅ Coordinate with residents, architects, contractors, and interior agencies
✅ Monitor fitout progress and ensure adherence to approved drawings and guidelines
✅ Manage material movement, debris disposal, and service lift operations
✅ Conduct fitout inspections, surveys, and completion audits
✅ Ensure compliance with safety and fire protection standards
✅ Prepare MIS reports, documentation, and fitout closure reports

Desired Skills:

✔ Robust knowledge of residential fitout and interior works
✔ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
✔ Knowledge of safety regulations and fire hazard management
✔ Good reporting and documentation skills
