Role Overview

This is an individual contributor role responsible for the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure. The role focuses on expanding business through key stakeholders in the building materials ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

- Handle full-cycle sales: lead generation, negotiation, and final closure
- Achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets

Market Analysis & Strategy

- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Develop and execute regional business strategies

Business Expansion

- Drive growth through Architects, Consultants, Builders, PMC, and Dealers
- Build strategic partnerships to expand market presence

Client Relationship Management





- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction

Qualifications & Skills

- Proven experience in Business Development / Sales within Building Materials
- (Lighting, Tiles, Furniture, Glass, Bath & Sanitary, Wires, etc.)
- Solid understanding of the lighting market
- Track record of achieving sales and revenue targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Look for professionals who have strong relationships with Interior Architects, Interior Designers, and Specification Consultants involved in commercial and workplace interior projects.
