- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
- Assist in documenting technical specifications and application workflows to support project transparency.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Continuously monitor application performance and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Omnistudio Platform, Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Valuable To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Development.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and configuration techniques within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues effectively.
- Experience in integrating Salesforce applications with other enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with best practices in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
