We are looking for an Executive for the Land Search Team. The ideal candidate should be a graduate with proficiency in Punjabi and English languages to support land search operations, documentation, reporting, and coordination activities. Candidates with prior steno experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide regular work updates of the team to the Business Team and share fortnightly client updates with the Business Development Team.
- Maintain field team attendance records and share daily updates.
- Maintain files related to sale, transfer, mutation, reports, and create new client files with proper documentation.
- Prepare initial drafts of land search and valuation reports for Punjab jurisdiction.
- Complete documentation and paperwork required for mutation applications.
- Monitor online land records for updates on applied and pending mutations.




- Manage documents received from the field team and maintain updated Excel trackers.
- Coordinate with field teams and internal stakeholders for timely completion of assigned tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Proficiency in Punjabi and English languages (written and verbal).
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and documentation management.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Prior experience in land search, property documentation, or legal documentation will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
