Job Description :
- Troubleshooting: Basic troubleshooting and guidance to customers
- Network configuration , basic knowledge about LAN and WAN connectivity.
- Network performance: Establishing and maintaining network performance
- Networking domain - Cable console and Putty Knowledge.
- Network layers: Working knowledge of networking layers, such as the OSI model
- Need to visit client side for any escalation
- Routing protocols: Working and troubleshooting on routing protocols like EIGRP, OSPF, and static route.
- Field Work Mandatory as per project requirement.
- Travelling allowance will be provided.
