Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone interested in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR processes while gaining practical corporate experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate with candidates and maintain recruitment records.
- Support onboarding and employee documentation processes.
- Help manage attendance, employee databases, and HR reports.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communications.
- Support HR team in daily administrative and operational tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and records.

Requirements

- Strong interest in Human Resources and recruitment.




- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Ability to coordinate with teams and manage multiple tasks.
