GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer and Visualizer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong visual sense, a deep understanding of design principles, and the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual narratives. This role requires a blend of creative vision, technical expertise, and leadership skills to deliver high-quality designs that align with our brand and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and Visualization:
- - Develop and execute creative concepts, layouts, and visual designs across various media, including digital, print, and social platforms.
- Create visually stunning graphics, illustrations, and animations that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Visualize and produce high-quality design solutions, including logos, brochures, websites, advertisements, and presentations.

- Collaboration:
- - Work closely with the marketing, product, and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet business goals.
- Collaborate with copywriters, photographers, and other team members to ensure cohesive visual storytelling.

- Project Management:
- - Lead design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing creativity with efficiency and attention to detail.

- Quality Control:




- - Review and refine design deliverables to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with brand standards.
- Conduct final checks on design work before production or publication.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a solid portfolio showcasing a variety of design work.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience with motion graphics, video editing, and UI/UX design
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
