We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with 10+ years of overall IT experience and a minimum of 8 years of hands-on Salesforce development expertise. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and integrating Salesforce solutions using Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce Communities. The role requires strong knowledge of web technologies, Salesforce configuration, data migration, system integrations, and Agile development practices. Candidates should have experience working with ERP integrations, Single Sign-On (SSO), version control tools such as GitHub, and possess Salesforce certifications including Administrator, App Builder, and Platform Developer I. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and support digital transformation initiatives.

Design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce Pages, and Communities .
Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions and technical designs.
Configure and administer Salesforce platform features using declarative tools such as workflows, validation rules, flows, reports, and dashboards.
Develop and support integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications, including ERP systems , third-party platforms, and external services.
Implement and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO) , security controls, user access management, and data protection measures.
Perform data migration, data cleansing,



and data validation activities across Salesforce environments using appropriate migration tools and methodologies.
Develop and consume APIs and web services using SOAP, HTTP, and REST-based integrations .
Utilize GitHub and version control best practices to manage code repositories, deployments, and release processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, architects, administrators, QA teams, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and optimize application performance and scalability.
Create and maintain technical documentation, deployment guides, and solution design documents.
Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, security guidelines, and organizational policies.
Support testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and deployment validations.
Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership for Salesforce development initiatives.

10+ years of overall IT experience with 8+ years of Salesforce development experience .
Robust expertise in Salesforce Apex , Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce Pages, and Salesforce Communities.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce declarative development including Flows, Validation Rules, Workflows, Security,



and Sharing Models.
Strong knowledge of web technologies including JavaScript, AJAX, SOAP, HTTP, CSS, and Bootstrap .
Experience with Salesforce data migration , data loading, and environment management using industry-standard tools.
Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP systems , third-party applications, and external services.
Hands-on experience implementing and supporting Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions.
Proficiency with GitHub or other version control systems for source code management.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments , including user stories, sprint planning, and backlog management.
Preferred Certifications
Salesforce Certified Administrator.
Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder.
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PD1).
