About the role
The Billing Engineer is responsible for preparing, verifying, and reconciling all measurement and billing documentation for K2K's projects. The role ensures that work executed at site is accurately captured, certified, and converted into timely RA bills — protecting the company's revenue and supporting healthy cash flow.

Key responsibilities

- Prepare client RA (Running Account) bills against BOQ items and approved measurements.
- Take and record site measurements jointly with consultants/clients as required.
- Maintain measurement books (MB) with accuracy and traceability.
- Verify subcontractor and vendor bills against measurements, work orders, and approved rates.
- Prepare reconciliation statements for key materials such as steel and cement.
- Coordinate with the site team to ensure timely submission of bills.
- Follow up with clients and consultants for certification and release of payments.




- Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings; assist in costing and estimation as needed.
- Maintain organized records of contracts, work orders, BOQs, and bills.

Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering, or Diploma in Civil with strong billing experience.
- 3+ years of experience in billing and quantity surveying; industrial construction experience strongly preferred.

Skills

- Advanced MS Excel proficiency; AutoCAD for measurement extraction.
- Strong understanding of BOQs, contract clauses, and standard methods of measurement.
- Familiarity with relevant IS codes.
- High attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good written and verbal communication for client/consultant coordination.

Pay: ₹321,348.62 - ₹1,412,771.50 per year
