Job Description:

About the Role

As a Team Leader, you will manage a hybrid collections workflow that includes both office-based and field-related activities (based on operational allocation). You will guide a team of associates, ensure timely follow-ups, and maintain accuracy across reporting and documentation. The role requires strong leadership, operational discipline, and the ability to communicate clearly with teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and guide a team of back-office and collection executives.
- Ensure timely follow-ups on overdue accounts and maintain process accuracy.
- Coordinate hybrid operational activities (office and field tasks, depending on allocation).
- Review daily performance, provide coaching, and ensure targets are met.
- Maintain reports, trackers, and documentation with utmost accuracy.




- Support escalations, approvals, and team queries as needed.
- Uphold professionalism, compliance, and operational efficiency across all tasks.

Job Requirements:

- A minimum of 1 year of experience in collections is mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven team handling skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model (office + field activities as allocated).
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Graduation required.
