About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and passionate skilled to connect with schools and promote our career counselling services.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and approach schools across the assigned territory

* Meet Principals, Academic Coordinators, and School Management

* Present Crescet Edustreams' career counselling services

* Schedule meetings and appointments with schools and educational institutions

* Build and maintain long-term relationships with schools

* Achieve monthly school visit and onboarding targets

* Coordinate with schools and Career Counsellors to schedule workshops and counselling sessions

* Maintain daily reports of meetings, leads, and conversions

Requirements

* 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, School Outreach,



School Sales, or B2B Sales

* Excellent communication and presentation skills

* Comfortable with field travel across the assigned territory

* Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills

* Passion for education and career counselling

* Own two-wheeler preferred
