- Role & responsibilities Job Summary:
- Responsible for overseeing and managing all slimming and weight management services offered by the clinic. This role ensures high-quality client care, promotes wellness programs, leads the slimming team, and supports business growth through customer satisfaction and retention.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the slimming department.
- Conduct client consultations and develop personalized slimming plans.
- Supervise and train slimming therapists, dietitians, and support staff.
- Monitor client progress and ensure satisfaction with services.
- Coordinate with the medical and wellness teams for holistic care.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and protocol compliance.
- Promote slimming services through upselling and client engagement.




- Prepare performance reports and contribute to strategy planning.
- Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in slimming, wellness, or healthcare management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of weight loss therapies, nutrition plans, and body contouring.Skills Required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Front office and customer handling skills
- Basic MS Office and billing software knowledge
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Multitasking and organizational abilities
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment.

Work Location: In person

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
