- Qualification: Degree/Diploma/ITI in Electronics and Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in servicing, maintenance, and installation in the

manufacturing sector.

Job Purpose
We are looking for a skilled Field Executive Engineer with an ITI/Diploma background and
hands-on experience in installation, servicing, and troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical
systems. The ideal candidate should have expertise in handling forklifts, sensors, wiring
diagrams, and electrical systems across various models.
The role involves independent execution of maintenance activities at customer sites,
problem-solving with cost-effective solutions, and debugging hardware issues in integrated
systems. The engineer will collaborate with internal and external teams to evaluate, fabricate,
modify, and design electronic systems for optimized performance.
Key Responsibilities
Installation & Commissioning:

- Conduct installation and commissioning of products at client premises with a focus

on safety and electrical aspects.
- Assist team members in office during installations.
- Ensure smooth coordination with vendors and internal departments for timely

execution.
Service & Maintenance:

- Handle service calls for warranty, out-of-warranty, and AMC (Annual Maintenance

Contracts).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and software-related issues.
- Document technical issues, prepare service reports, and obtain customer approvals.
- Ensure service resolutions within defined timelines and track complaints as per

SOP.




- Maintain inventory of spare parts and coordinate procurement for timely repairs.

Customer Engagement & Support:
- Interact with clients to address technical queries, complaints, and troubleshooting

requests.
- Provide technical guidance and ensure customer satisfaction through proactive

engagement.
- Educate clients on best practices for product usage and maintenance.
- Promote service contracts and maintenance plans to enhance customer retention.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Maintain cost and expense tracking for installations and service activities.
- Adhere to safety regulations, documentation processes, and company

standards.
- Contribute to process improvements and share field insights for product

enhancements.
- Take ownership of additional tasks assigned by the company.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills:

- Hands-on experience in field installation, service, and maintenance.
- Strong understanding of forklifts, electrical wiring, sensors, and troubleshooting

techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and circuit diagrams.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving electrical and mechanical issues.
- Experience in robotic production environments is an added advantage.

- Excellent client-handling skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently.
