Summary:
As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring that the applications developed align with organizational goals and user needs. You will engage in problem-solving activities, providing innovative solutions to enhance application functionality and user experience, while also managing project timelines and deliverables effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives, adjusting strategies as necessary.

Professional & Technical Skills

Must Have Skills: Business Analyst with 8+ years of experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and solution documentation.

Exposure to the Semiconductor Industry, with understanding of its processes and business workflows.

Basic knowledge of SAP MM & PP modules to support process mapping and system integration activities.

Basic knowledge of SQL for data extraction, validation, and analytical reporting.

Basic knowledge of Snowflake for handling data-driven analysis and reporting requirements.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
