We are looking for a skilled AEM Form Developer to design, develop, and optimize Adaptive Forms and customer web platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong front-end and AEM backend skills, experience with web performance optimization, and the ability to lead and mentor team members on technical solutions.

Responsibilties

- Design, develop, and optimize AEM Adaptive Forms and form data models, integrating them with backend systems.
- Develop AEM backend components using Java, Servlets, OSGi/Felix, JCR/CRX, and Apache Sling and work with SOAP/REST web services.
- Implement front-end features using JavaScript (ES6), JSON, REST APIs, and build tools like Webpack, Babel, NPM.
- Optimize form and web performance using lazy loading, fragments, and web performance best practices.
- Ensure consistent UI using design systems, style guides, and pattern libraries.
- Lead and mentor team members, conduct code reviews, and follow SDLC/Agile processes to deliver high-quality solutions...

Required Qualification





- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field with 8+ years of qualified experience, including 6+ years in AEM development.
- Strong expertise in AEM Adaptive Forms, Java backend development (Servlets, OSGi/Felix, JCR/CRX, Apache Sling), and web services (SOAP/REST).
- Proficiency in front-end technologies: JavaScript (ES6), JSON, REST APIs, HTML5, CSS3, and build tools like Webpack, Babel, NPM.
- Experience in web performance optimization, SDLC/Agile processes, and leading/mentoring development teams; familiarity with Micro Front-End and headless implementation is a plus...
