Job Summary

V7 Defence Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and dedicated Production Supervisor (Mechanical) to join our manufacturing team. We are seeking a Mechanical Engineering graduate who is eager to build a career in production and manufacturing. Freshers with strong technical knowledge are encouraged to apply, while fresher candidates and candidates with up to 1 years of relevant experience are also welcome.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day production activities and ensure smooth workflow.
- Coordinate with production, fabrication, quality, and project teams to achieve production targets.
- Monitor manpower, machines, and material availability.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety procedures.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and fabrication requirements.
- Monitor fabrication activities involving Stainless Steel (SS) fabrication, pressure vessels, tanks, and industrial equipment.
- Maintain production records, reports, and documentation.
- Identify production issues and assist in implementing corrective actions.




- Ensure timely completion of production schedules.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Freshers or candidates with 0–1 years of experience in manufacturing/production.
- Basic knowledge of SS fabrication, welding processes, industrial equipment, pressure vessels, tanks, and fabrication drawings.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and production planning.
- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a factory/manufacturing environment.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of fabrication standards and manufacturing practices.
- Familiarity with production documentation.
- Basic knowledge of quality control and safety practices.
- Team handling and coordination skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Salary:

₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (As per company standards and candidate's skills/experience).
