The Opportunity

As the Lead Full Stack Architect, you will own the product engineering architecture and lead the design, development, and delivery of Business Sarthi.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you'll shape the engineering foundation of our platform while mentoring developers, establishing engineering standards, and driving product quality.

You'll work closely with the founders, product teams, and platform engineers to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

Product Architecture

- Design scalable enterprise-grade application architecture.
- Define technology standards, coding guidelines, and development best practices.
- Design modular, reusable, and maintainable software components.
- Drive architectural decisions for new products and features.

Full Stack Development

- Build high-performance web applications using modern frontend frameworks.
- Develop scalable backend services and RESTful APIs.
- Design and implement microservices-based architecture.
- Integrate external APIs, enterprise systems, and third-party services.

Engineering Excellence

- Lead code reviews and enforce coding standards.
- Improve application performance, scalability, and reliability.




- Optimize application security and maintainability.
- Drive technical debt reduction initiatives.

Product Delivery

- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Estimate effort, plan releases, and deliver high-quality software.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, QA, and DevOps teams.
- Ensure timely and predictable project delivery.

Database & Integration

- Design PostgreSQL schemas and optimize queries.
- Build secure APIs and integration services.
- Work with messaging systems and asynchronous processing where required.

Leadership & Mentoring

- Mentor developers and conduct technical coaching sessions.
- Drive engineering culture focused on quality, ownership, and continuous improvement.
- Participate in hiring, technical interviews, and engineering planning.

- Experience leading development teams and mentoring engineers.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Notice Period: Immediate to 60 days preferred
- Location: Delhi NCR preferred (or willing to relocate to Gurugram)
- Education: B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,700,000.00 per year
