Key Responsibilities

- Source and procure facade materials including aluminium profiles, ACP, glass, MS/SS, brackets, fasteners, sealants, insulation, and hardware.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate with vendors for the best commercial terms.
- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with project, design, estimation, and site teams to ensure timely material procurement.
- Track material deliveries and follow up with suppliers to meet project schedules.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing vendors.
- Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, price, and delivery.
- Maintain procurement records, purchase reports, and vendor databases.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the stores team to avoid material shortages.
- Ensure all purchased materials comply with project specifications and quality standards.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and support value engineering initiatives.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.




- 2–5 years of procurement experience in the facade, glazing, cladding, aluminium, or construction industry.
- Valuable knowledge of facade materials, suppliers, and procurement processes.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/procurement software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of curtain wall, unitized systems, stick glazing, aluminium windows and doors, ACP, perforated panels, louvers, and metal facade systems.
- Understanding of technical drawings and BOQs.
- Experience in vendor development and supply chain management.
