Graphic Designer & Video Editor

Key Roles and Responsibilities :

Visual Identity Architect: Designing static graphics that maintain a cohesive brand across digital and print mediums.

Post-Production Specialist: Cutting, pacing, color-grading, and mixing sound to turn raw video footage into polished narratives.

Motion Designer: Infusing static designs with life through kinetic typography, animated logos, and slick transitions.

Asset Optimization Expert: Formatting, resizing, and encoding files to fit specific platform requirements without sacrificing quality.

Graphic Design Production: Design marketing collateral including website banners, email headers, display ads, infographics, brochures, and corporate templates.

Video Editing: Cut and assemble raw footage, sync audio, apply color correction, and insert sound effects or background music for promotional and corporate videos.

Motion Graphics: Create animated text, lower thirds, title cards, and basic 2D animations to enhance video storytelling.

Brand Consistency: Adhere strictly to existing brand guidelines regarding fonts, color palettes, and stylistic choices across all design and video projects.

Storyboard & Conceptualization: Develop rough sketches, wireframes,



mood boards, or storyboards to align with marketing teams before production begins.

Content Versioning: Export and optimize final designs and videos into multiple formats, aspect ratios, and file sizes tailored for web, print, and social media.

File Management: Maintain a highly organized, archived cloud storage library of all raw project files, vectors, stock assets, and final deliverables.

Technical Skills and Qualifications

Graphic Suite: Mastery of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and InDesign. Experience with Figma is a major plus.

Video Editing Suite: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve. Motion Design Tools: Robust working knowledge of Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and animation.

Visual Principles: Deep understanding of composition, layout, typography, colour theory, and video pacing.

Audio Editing: Basic competency in cleaning up dialogue and mixing audio tracks within the timeline

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
