Job Title: P2P Business Analyst

Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled P2P Business Analyst to support and optimize end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of procurement, invoice processing, SAP MM/FI, and business process improvement. You will work closely with Procurement, Finance, and IT teams to enhance operational efficiency and ensure data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

- * Analyze and improve end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes.
- * Gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional solutions.
- * Ensure accuracy of Purchase Orders, Vendor Master Data, and Invoice Transactions.
- * Support SAP MM/FI integration and maintain data integrity.
- * Identify process gaps and recommend automation opportunities.
- * Design and improve approval workflows and business rules.
- * Create reports, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor process performance.
- * Perform UAT, process validation, and stakeholder coordination.
- * Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and IT teams to deliver business solutions.

Requirements:

- * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- * 3–6 years of experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P)



or Business Analysis.
- * Hands-on experience with SAP MM/FI.
- * Knowledge of SAP Ariba, Coupa, Laserfiche, or similar P2P platforms is preferred.
- * Strong understanding of procurement, vendor management, and invoice processing.
- * Experience in process mapping, reporting, and workflow automation.
- * Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- * Knowledge of SQL or reporting tools is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
