Job Title: Senior Manager – Audit & Tax

Location: Ghatkopar, Mumbai
CTC: ₹18 LPA – ₹26 LPA

Qualification:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

Experience:

- 5 to 8 years of post-qualification experience
- Must have prior experience in a mid-size CA firm

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and ensure timely execution of work and deliverables by team members
- Review assignments, guide, and mentor the team
- Independently lead and manage a team of 15–20 members
- Handle and advise clients on:
- Monthly retainer services (accounts, MIS reports, TDS & GST compliances)
- Statutory audits of companies
- Income tax compliances including tax audits and filings
- Income tax assessment proceedings
- Transfer pricing (advisory, compliances & study reports)
- Tax planning and advisory for various entities
- DTAA knowledge and issuance of certificates (Form 15CA/CB)
- Other statutory compliances

Required Skills & Expertise:

- Strong experience in:
- Finalization of accounts
- Accounting standards
- Audit & taxation




- Income tax assessments
- International taxation & transfer pricing
- Internal audit
- Positive understanding of:
- GST regulations
- ROC compliances
- Hands-on experience with:
- Corporate clients (Private Limited companies with turnover ₹5 Cr to ₹250+ Cr)
- LLPs, HNIs, NRIs
- Proficiency in:
- Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime
- Taxation and accounting software

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹331,329.64 - ₹2,013,166.45 per year
