Job Title: Software Engineer

Experience: 3 – 4 Yrs

Location – Visakhapatnam

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain robust and scalable Java applications.
- Build and enhance RESTful APIs and microservices-based solutions using Spring Boot.
- Write clean, maintainable, and effective code following industry best practices.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA teams, and other developers throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Develop and optimize database queries, schemas, and integrations with relational databases.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues to ensure optimal performance.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support application deployments, monitoring, and production issue resolution.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Core Java, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Collections Framework, Exception Handling, and Multithreading.
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Data JPA/Hibernate.
- Good understanding of RESTful Web Services and Microservices Architecture.




- Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
- Familiarity with Git and build tools like Maven or Gradle.
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Understanding of application deployment processes and debugging techniques.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Good-to-Have Skills

- Experience integrating third-party APIs and external services.
- Exposure to application modernization initiatives, including:

- Java and Spring Boot version upgrades
- Framework migrations

- Dependency management and optimization

- Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and experience integrating AI services or APIs.
- Familiarity with event-driven architectures and distributed systems.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional software development experience in Java technologies.
