Role Overview:
We are looking for a practical, hands-on to manage and streamline our day-to-day IT and cloud setting. The role covers Microsoft 365 administration along with broader responsibilities like domain management, website setup, and basic cloud operations. This is an execution-focused role for someone who can independently handle setup, fixes, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Microsoft 365 (Outlook/Exchange, users, shared mailboxes like contact@, permissions)
- Configure and maintain domains (DNS, email routing, SPF/DKIM/DMARC)
- Set up and manage basic cloud services (hosting, storage, access control)
- Assist with website setup and maintenance (deployment, DNS linking, SSL)
- Handle device/user management via Intune (basic policies, onboarding)
- Set up MFA, access controls, and basic security configurations
- Integrate third-party tools with Microsoft accounts (SSO where needed)
- Troubleshoot IT issues across email,

Required Skills:

- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Admin Center, Exchange Online)
- Good understanding of domains, DNS records, and email authentication
- Experience with website hosting and basic deployment workflows
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (any of: Azure, or similar)
- Intune/device management experience
- Ability to troubleshoot independently and execute without supervision

Preferred:

- Experience with small team IT setups (end-to-end ownership)
- Exposure to SSO integrations and identity management
- Comfort handling multiple systems (email, hosting, domains) together
