Job Summary

BOL7 Technologies is hiring an IT System & Network Support Engineer to manage our IT infrastructure, networking systems, CCTV installations, and hardware repairs. The role requires hands-on experience and the ability to work independently on daily IT support tasks, with good reporting and communication skills.

Responsibilities
Manage installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT hardware (laptops, desktops, routers, switches, firewalls)
Handle complete CCTV camera installation, configuration, and maintenance
Perform laptop repairs and handle hardware-related troubleshooting
Manage and maintain LAN/WAN networking setups
Configure and manage firewalls and network security protocols
Address daily IT hardware and network support requests
Maintain proper asset tracking and support logs using Microsoft Excel
Ensure proper documentation of IT infrastructure and procedures
Coordinate with vendors for hardware purchase, servicing, and repair
Communicate clearly with team members and management about system performance and updates

Qualifications
Graduate in any field (mandatory)
Completed Networking and Hardware course (mandatory)
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in IT support, system administration,



or hardware/networking

Hands-on experience with:
CCTV camera installation and maintenance
Laptop repairs and troubleshooting
Basic network infrastructure setup and maintenance
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (report preparation, inventory tracking, and documentation)
Good English communication skills (must be able to communicate clearly, fluency not mandatory)
Ability to work independently and handle field and in-office tasks

Preferred Skills

Cisco router/switch configuration and troubleshooting
Experience working with firewall setups and security configurations
Vendor coordination experience for IT procurement and service management
Basic understanding of IT documentation and reporting processes
