Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers for credit card sales
- Explain product features, perks, and eligibility clearly
- Generate leads and close sales over the phone
- Maintain customer details and follow-up records
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Ensure quality customer service and compliance with bank policies
Skills Required
- Good communication skills (Tamil mandatory, English basic)
