Experience : 5+ years

Responsibilities

Conduct product training for sales, service teams, customers & channel partners.
Prepare training materials (manuals, PPTs, videos, guides).
Explain machine features, operations, and technical specifications.
Provide hands-on machine training and product demonstrations.
Coordinate with engineering, production & service teams for technical updates.
Support pre-sales with technical presentations (if required).
Maintain training records and feedback reports.
Improve training content as per new product launches.
Perform training need assessment on site
Prepare training modules(outlines)




Act as a trainer or coordinate with other trainers for execution
Training documents preparation
Technical support for welding related consultancy new process establishment use of advance welding machine
Welder /other trade test

Skills Required

Strong mechanical knowledge.
Positive communication & presentation skills.
Ability to simplify technical concepts.
Knowledge of industrial machines, hydraulics, pneumatics, assemblies.
Good documentation & MS Office skills.
