Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing HR team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, and a passion for identifying top-tier tech talent in a fast-paced, innovation-led setting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, offer rollout, and onboarding.
- Hire for Salesforce roles including Admins, Developers, Consultants, Architects, BAs, QA, and Project Managers.
- Build a strong talent pipeline through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and networking.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and project needs.
- Maintain and update applicant data via ATS (eg. Keka Hire).
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports and insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications:





- 2–4 years of experience in IT recruitment, with at least 1+ year focused on Salesforce hiring.
- Proven success in sourcing, screening, and closing niche tech roles.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem and associated skillsets.
- Hands-on experience with ATS tools (Greenhouse, Workable, Keka Hire, etc.).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (MBA/MHRM preferred).
