Job Description & Summary:

Builds business by identifying and selling products and services; maintaining relationships with clients.

- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.

- Sells products/ services/ solutions by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.

- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending recent opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.

- Generates and qualifies leads through calls, emails, and Pearl ERP follow-ups to support the sales pipeline.

- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

- Maintains and enhances professional and technical expertise through company-approved training, active knowledge sharing, continuous industry learning, and alignment with best practices.





- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualification:

- Graduation

Experience:

- Filed Sales Executive experience minimum 01-05 years in a recognized industry.

- Proven experience as Sales & Marketing Executive or relevant role.

- Understanding of business functions such as marketing, sales etc.

- Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development.

- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics.

- Working knowledge of IT and MS Office.

- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.

- Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills.

- Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.
